I’ve been working almost 10 years as an HR professional and my burning passion for Inclusive Talent Management hasn’t stopped growing.

I started as a consultant for a major recruitment & selection agency and guided hundreds of candidates and companies, in shaping the perfect job match.
I’ve become an expert in Talent Acquisition, Competence & Personality Assessment while developing Inclusion & Diversity projects.

Since 2016, I’ve had the chance to lead and coach passionate HR teams while working on talent projects (Employer Branding strategy, ATS implementation, HR-procedures, DEI policies, GDPR, Change Management…)

In 2022, I took a leap of faith and decided to launch my own consulting company to support companies in diverse HR missions as freelance consultant while working on Inclusive Talent Management projects.

On a regular basis, I coach individuals in finding their new professional path & career.

Last but not least, I'm an entrepreneure working hard in developing a plateform who'll support my vision on Inclusive Talent Management.
