As a Prince 2 Certified PM, I’ve always tackled my projects on 3 key elements : quality, time and budget. While as Change Manager, I’ll make sure each impacted group or individuals are informed and involved when necessary; which support risk and resistance mitigation.

People Management
I’ve had the chance to collaborate with many talents, coming from very diverse backgrounds, countries and expertise.
When it comes to managing people, I adapt to personalities. Active listening will be key to identify one’s potential and maximize it. Time and trust will help along the road.
Interim Management
Since 2021, I’m using my expertise in various teams and industries to provide support to start-up’s and SME’s facing a transition. I’ve managed both people and projects, transversally acting as the right-hand of the CEO.
